Brieftons Vegetable Spiralizer Reviews
The Briefton's Vertico Vegetable Spiralizer is really quite convenient. It doesn't take a lot of space - so you can actually keep this on the counter for each use whenever you need it. I found keeping it on the counter actually makes it a tool that you use more and using it more means healthier eating! I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased review and I am so thrilled that I decided to purchase it.
The Briefton's Vertico Vegetable Spiralizer is super easy to clean and I had it assembled in less than 1 minute straight out of the box. I didn't even need instructions. It was self explanatory. Because your are spiralizing your veggies in a downward motion - it seems like gravity helps a little. I am able to get through a whole cucumber (cut it in half first to help it stay stable) in about 10 seconds or less. It really is all in how fast you turn the crank. Don't worry about going to fast - it keeps up without any issue.
I have NO complaints about the Briefton's Vertico Spiralizer and I highly recommend it! Great product.
The Brieftons 5 Blade Vegetable Spiralizer is absolutely AWESOME! I really wasn't sure how good it would be but I am so impressed! I purchased the Brieftons 5 Blade Vegetable Spiralizer because I wanted to make homemade curly fries. I am NOT a fan of preservatives and I will not make frozen french fries for my family. I really truly expected this to be hard to use or that it would be hard to turn the knob through a potato because they are so big. I was WRONG! You just assemble it per the instructions and use the blade for curly fries. I did find it a little tricky to switch the blades - so be careful! Before you lift up on the blade to swtich it out, you have to soft of push lightly at the bottom where the little lock is. I was annoyed at that but then once I curlied my potato - annoyance gone! It was SUPER easy! No force was necessary, but I did opt to use a small amount of force to ensure I got evenly cut curly fries. I am not kidding when I tell you I had my potato completed spiralized in about 10 seconds! It might have even been less than that. Once you finish spiralizing your veggie, you are left with a core. It was french fries I was making so I just cooked the core, too. Nothing wrong with a weird shaped french fry. I am VERY impressed. I haven't had a chance to try all the blades yet on this Vegetable Spiralizer, but I am VERY much looking forward to it. I also want to mention that this Vegetable Spiralizer is very easy to take apart and clean. I had no problem with that whatsoever. Once it dries - I put it back together and store it. TIP: Do NOT throw out the instructional insert because it tells you which blade does what. I keep the extra blades and the instructions in the box under my kitchen sink.
